PROJECT: CLINIC HUMANISATION

INTRODUCTION

As a creative designer with a diverse background in UI, graphic, and web design, I’ve had the opportunity to significantly impact the healthcare industry through my innovative project, Clinic Humanisation. As the Head of Design at Svjetlost Eye Clinic, I spearheaded a comprehensive rebranding campaign that successfully improved the clinic’s reputation and boosted engagement with its audience and followers. This project showcases my unique ability to blend various design disciplines and digital marketing strategies to create meaningful and effective results.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The primary goal of the Clinic Humanisation project was to represent Svjetlost Eye Clinic in a way that resonated with our audience and followers, ultimately leading to increased respect and admiration. To achieve this, I focused on several key areas: social media post design, graphic design, landing page design, video editing, photography, digital marketing, and client testimonial recording and editing.

 

DESIGN APPROACH

In collaboration with the Head of Marketing, the idea of the project was born. In the Svjetlost Eye Clinic, we developed a visually appealing and consistent design that reflected the clinic’s values and mission. I created social media posts that engaged our audience through eye-catching visuals and informative content, fostering a sense of trust and connection with the clinic.

Graphic design played a significant role in elevating the overall brand image. I designed marketing materials, brochures, and other collateral to convey a polished and professional look, while also ensuring that the designs were approachable and relatable to our target audience.

When it came to designing landing pages, I prioritized user experience, ensuring that the pages were visually engaging, easy to navigate, and provided clear calls-to-action. This approach helped boost conversion rates and generate more interest in the clinic’s services.

MULTIMEDIA & TESTIMONIALS

The Clinic Humanisation project also included video editing and photography, which allowed me to create compelling visual narratives that showcased the clinic’s facilities, staff, and services. I utilized these visuals across various marketing channels, further solidifying the clinic’s brand image and reputation.

One of the most powerful aspects of this project was the integration of client testimonials. By recording and editing authentic stories from satisfied patients, I was able to highlight the positive impact of the clinic’s services and build trust with potential clients.

 

RESULTS

The Clinic Humanisation project was a resounding success, with all 7 Svjetlost Eye Clinics experiencing increased engagement from new followers and an expanded reach. This, in turn, led to higher conversions and greater interest in the clinic’s services.

CONCLUSION

The Clinic Humanisation project is a testament to my ability to combine creativity, design skills, and digital marketing strategies to create tangible results. By humanising the Svjetlost Eye Clinic brand, I helped the clinic establish a strong, positive reputation that resonated with its audience and followers. This project was example of how I can bring a brand’s story to life and create meaningful connections with target audience.
